The roots of Nestlewood go back to the mid 1990s, when Paul bought and renovated a historic bungalow in Plaza Midwood. He fell in love with the neighborhood and wanted to be a part of its transformation from an overlooked in-town neighborhood to one of the most dynamic areas of Charlotte.

To help others find the perfect home, he realized his dream and decided to change careers and become involved in the real estate industry. With a background in sales and having already established a strong emphasis on client service, the transition into real estate was a natural step in his career.
