Paul Schieldt

I have had the privilege of owning The Realty Group since 2006 and have been in the real estate profession in Janesville, serving Beloit, Milton, Edgerton and all of Rock County since 1996. I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, many for the second, third and fourth times.

Paul is married to the love of my life and have two boys in college. Next to my family, real estate is his passion. Because of the enjoyment he receives working for and with people, he find this the perfect job. he have been very active in the Rock-Green Realtors Association, being on the Board of Directors for 6 years and President of the association 2005-2006. He received Rock/Green Realtor of the year in 2006. From 2005-2006, he served as a director of the South Central Wisconsin Realtor Association and he is currently on the State of Wisconsin Board of Directors. Having 2 boys that attended St. Paul's school, he served on the school board for 6 years and President of the school board for 3 years. In my spare time, he enjoys golf, snowmobiling and coaching.

He believe in educating you, the customer or client, so when you are making a real estate decision, you feel comfortable and informed. His knowledge of the area's inventory has enabled me to sell properties when they have only been on the market a few hours. Other times he has monitored properties for months to keep his buyers informed so they could find the perfect house to call "HOME".

Multiple counter-offers that were a thing of the past are now becoming the norm. he's always been a people person, so probably the main reason my sales have increased is that He's now fully utilizing all the latest technical tools.
