Paul Senior

Paul Senior, CCIM, is an Investment Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap in Bethesda, Maryland, where he focuses exclusively on representing sellers and buyers of commercial investment properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Paul specializes in multifamily and mixed-use assets, land for development, and church sales. With over five years of experience in commercial real estate sales and investment—and more than two decades of overall real estate experience—Paul brings exceptional market insight and a client-centered approach to every transaction.

As a member of the Wooten Group at Marcus & Millichap, Paul contributes to a team that has successfully brokered over $50 million in transaction volume. Collectively, the group offers more than 15 years of commercial sales experience and a strong track record in navigating complex deals involving zoning variances, TOPA challenges, tenant issues, and creative financing solutions for developers and investors. Paul’s real estate career spans over 23 years, including seven years as a residential sales agent, thirteen years as an independent broker, and four years as a commercial real estate investor. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and obtained the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in September 2024.

Outside of his professional work, Paul is deeply involved in his community. He enjoys coaching youth soccer at his local Boys and Girls Club, is an active member of his church, and values spending quality time with his family.
