Paul’s real estate career spans over 23 years, including seven years as a residential sales agent, thirteen years as an independent broker, and four years as a commercial real estate investor. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and obtained the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in September 2024.
Outside of his professional work, Paul is deeply involved in his community. He enjoys coaching youth soccer at his local Boys and Girls Club, is an active member of his church, and values spending quality time with his family.
