Before diving into the world of residential real estate, I spent nearly three decades in senior roles at some of the biggest law firms in the United States. My journey began in the realm of law firm technology, which aligned nicely with my computer science degree from St. John's University in New York.
Over time, my responsibilities grew to cover various aspects like managing finances, analyzing business operations, reducing risks, ensuring compliance, and handling commercial real estate leasing. Around 2004, I discovered the charm of Delaware's shoreline, making it a frequent getaway. In 2012, I invested in a property in Bethany Beach, renting it out during summers and enjoying it myself during the off-season.
The fantastic climate, recreational opportunities, friendly people, and welcoming atmosphere eventually convinced me to call Bethany Beach home. In 2015, I decided to put my business skills and real estate experience to work by obtaining my real estate licenses in Delaware and Maryland. Shortly after, I made Bethany Beach my primary residence and shifted my focus to a full-time career in real estate.
Since then, I've become well-versed in residential real estate in Delaware and Maryland's coastal communities, assisting hundreds of clients in achieving their dream of buying or selling properties near the beach, with a combined value of over $100 million.
