About Paul
I hold the E-Pro designation. This has helped me get marketed properties the maximum exposure and make the sales process easier for my clients with the use of digital signatures. I have created and worked with a variety of custom and enhanced listing syndication tools and programs to increase the exposure of my listed properties.
I do my own photography and property descriptions. I do not have a "team" of assistants or transaction coordinators. I do maintain organized vendor information so my clients get good results from the vendors I recommend.
My education includes broker eligible status and an expired California appraisers license. I have prior experience as a loan officer and good working knowledge of institional financing and credit. UCLA BA History with Business Emphasis 1991.
I am technical and always interested in deals with exchanges, seller carryback, etc. I like to work with investors and can probably help with cash-on-cash and yield projecting worksheets.
For fun I like to play racquetball and snowboard. I compete in disc dog competitions with dogs Milo and Sydney. My significant other owns and runs Mentis Learning Center - Bakersfield's favorite SAT preparation academy.

Paul was one of the two agents from Bakersfield who responded to an email request for a home viewing. He continued to represent me in my search almost three months despite our restricted criteria; limited location and budget and size. He was always polite, punctual and prepared at viewings, providing me/my relatives with printed listing information and viewing order. He viewed properties in my absence and provided feedback via photographs and comments. He prepared dozens of offers on my behalf and followed up, revising offers on occasion based on market conditions. On my final two offers, he voluntarily prepared a spreadsheet with a breakdown of potential costs versus potential income. Since I am not a resident of Bakersfield, he researched home inspection contractors and provided me the options. He reviewed my loan documents and closing cost figures and introduced me to digital signing of documents. I would say that Paul was tenacious, thorough, and detail-oriented. He held my hand throughout the home search process; choosing to be present at the signing of escrow documents and available for questions and recommendations at all times in between. To a friend I would say that Paul is reliable and accomplished and he knows the Bakersfield home market. You are in good hands with Paul.

Bob Varner – 5 stars Paul assisted us on the sale of a rental home. He was very responsive and attentive. we had a good experience with him and in fact I sought him out to work with me again on a sale and purchase of a home which is currently in process.
