Paul Tharp

Paul grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago (Arlington Heights, IL) and then came up to Minnesota for college. He attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and met his wife there. From there, life's path has taken him to South TX in a horse/dog racing management position and then to Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA and Tampa, FL within healthcare sales positions. His wife (Cara), son (Luke) and he now live in St. Louis Park, MN and absolutely love the area! They've called St. Louis Park home for about 5 years now.

He grew up in a real estate family with both of his parents being brokers and his brother and sister-in-law currently real estate attorneys. Through these experiences growing up, he's always had a passion for real estate and looks forward to working with his clients to help them achieve their goals.
