Paul has 17 years of real estate experience, including real estate sales, and overseeing construction projects/investments from start to finish. He has a keen eye for pinpointing existing and potential issues, ranging from plumbing to structural, translating to a true value-add for clients as they embark on the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate in the Bay Area. Paul’s background includes IT, but he found a true match when he began working in real estate, providing him with a career that involves helping people. In particular, Paul has significant expertise with short sales, assisting his clients during an especially complicated time. Outside of his professional success, Paul is a proud husband and father, and spends most of his free time trying to keep up with his six year old son and eight month old twins.
