Being a first time homeowner I had many preconceived notions of what a real estate agent should do in finding me a perfect house in the first week of looking. Thank goodness I had Paula as my agent. I wanted a move in ready and perfect like you see on those TV shows. She showed me over 30 homes, yes I was that demanding. With Paula's help I found a move in ready that was NOT "TV perfect". Through her patience and experience she helped me realized there is no such thing as a "TV perfect" house unless you have it custom built. The house she found me did have everything I wanted. I am enjoying putting my personal touches on my new home.
Paula spent a lot of time and effort on my behalf including negotiating with the prior owners. She is honest, and hardworking she believes in educating her clients. She went out of her way to ensure I got a home I would love. I have recommended her to friends who have told me she is a treasure.
