Paula Allen

Paula Allen, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty has been a broker for more than 20 years. She has been a top producing broker since she began her career in real estate and consistently ranks in the top 2% of all 47,000 Realogy Brokerage Group sales associates nationwide.

Paula’s business and financial acumen have served her clients well. She has achieved remarkable success and has deep knowledge in navigating the highly competitive, unpredictable New York real estate market. She is immensely savvy in understanding clients’ particular needs whether it is the sale or acquisition of a residential or investment property. Paula specializes in the sale of townhouses, luxury lofts, and prestigious coops and condos. She joined Sotheby’s International Realty as an Associate Broker in 2000.

Previously, Paula owned and operated a successful art and design business in Soho. Pieces by a number of artists represented by her gallery have later hung in the MOMA, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Museum of American Art, the Guggenheim Museum of Art, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Paula brings her entrepreneurial skills and keen sense of business to her real estate sales. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
