Paula Callanan

Paula comes to Coldwell Banker Realty with 26 years’ experience in real estate sales servicing Needham and surrounding communities. Paula worked in residential real estate development with the Trammell Crow Company in the 1980s and was responsible for luxury condominiums and apartment complexes spanning the Northeast.

Paula has been active in the Needham community as a town meeting member, President of the Melick Foundation, Past President of the Needham Women's Club as well as board positions with NEF, Needham Youth Center and Needham Pool and Racquet Club. For over 15 years she was the Varsity Coach for the Needham High Dance Team, where they won four state dance championships under her direction. Paula is a Needham native and a graduate of Boston College.
