Anytime I had a question she was very quick to respond. I feel like she went above and beyond her normal duties to help me. Dixie was fabulous to work with! Found her when she was the only one out of about 30 other realtors that actually replied to my inquiry on a property! We were buying a beach condo from out of town and did not have any contacts. Dixie is very knowledgeable and always responds right away! She is a hard worker and spent a lot of time looking for the right property for us. We ended up purchasing in September and plan to make another purchase with Dixie's help! Even after purchasing our condo she has been extremely helpful with different things that have come up unrelated to the sale. Highly recommend!

Dixie was an absolute pleasure to partner with. I had an idea in my head of the type of property I was looking for. However, there were times I would send her properties that were not in the scope/criteria of what she and I discussed. She didn’t question me. Instead, she would research the property at her earliest opportunity and follow-up with me with the details. I live out of state and she would even visit the properties first and then reach out to let me know if I should schedule a trip to visit. We had the perfect partnership and I found my home!
