Her real estate journey began in the early 1990s, where she spent 15 years as a full-time agent, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, deep market insight, and strong negotiation skills. In 2003, Paula transitioned into brokerage leadership with Prudential California Realty in Sonoma County, where she played an integral role in agent growth and office performance.
From 2011 to 2018, Paula served as Managing Broker at Vanguard Properties, working closely with CEO James Nunemacher during a time of significant company expansion. Together with the leadership team, she helped guide the firm through a period of rapid growth, tripling its office footprint and sales volume—focusing on company culture, operational efficiency, and agent success.
Paula’s influence extends well beyond the firms she’s served. She is widely recognized throughout the industry for her leadership, mentorship, and long-standing involvement in local and state real estate associations.
