Paula Hardin

Paula, a life-long Indiana resident, grew up in Bloomington and moved to Noblesville in 2005. Her career in real estate began part time in 2003 in Bloomington after the twists and turns of life took her from a 22-year nursing career - which consisted of extended care, orthopedics, critical & progressive care and finally in working in an office for a podiatric surgeon - to real estate, which also consists of helping people, attention to detail and problem solving. The difference with real estate is that Paula got to follow the client all the way through to close & see the result.

Paula lives with her husband, Tim, just off the square in Noblesville and enjoys all that Noblesville and the surrounding communities have to offer. They are avid golfers, enjoy music, dining out, euchre, bowling and time with family & friends. Paula has a son, a daughter-in-law & granddaughter who live in Illinois.

Paula is a full time experienced, resolute, and honest agent who strives to build a strong and lasting relationship with each buyer or seller she works with. She thinks it is not about the sale, but about educating and helping a smooth transaction. Fear is simply lack of knowledge and her goal is to make sure you understand every step and Paula will be there with you from contract to close. Paula is experienced with buyers and sellers including relocation, first time buyers, bank owned, move ups and downsizing throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding Indianapolis area.
