I simply cannot say enough positive things about working with Paula and Melissa. My wife and I first contacted Melissa, who took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She filled my inbox daily with a variety of homes that were on point. When we traveled to Florida, we spent the morning with Paula who took us to meet a builder and showed us the possibilities of a life there. I can not recommend or thank team Lopes enough. I was selling my moms house to move her to NJ. They made sure mom was always taking care of and handled everything with great professionalism but above that they are just great people. The care the concern and special touches are like no other business or realator out there. Paula assisted in our viewing and purchasing a property for sale in Brooksville Florida while we were home in Northeast Ohio in a period of just over a week! The closing was Expedited due to the failing health of the seller so we all had to scramble to get the documentation and funds arranged so quickly. Paula was extremely responsive to our many questions and follow up and gave us referrals for the home inspector, pest inspector, help with getting the utilities switched over as well as home insurance and security system Quotes. Throughout it all Paula maintained her pleasant and upbeat demeanor. I would highly recommend working with Paula and her daughter if you have any home buying needs.

Went above and beyond what I ever expected from a realtor! Facebooked the houses with me as I was located across the country from her area. Never made me feel like I was asking the wrong question. She made the whole experience for me and my children exciting.
Even though in the end I had to stop everything she never once made me feel bad or try to get me to continue.
Melissa is all for the family and that family getting what they need not pushing something they don't.
She personal made our stay in Florida a good one when everything fell apart and I can't thank her enough!!
You will never have to second guess yourself when working with her as she 'tells you how it is' in a very professional way as well as someone who is a mother. (She explained different community areas and would let you know if she would want to be there with her children...if you asked.)
You can't go wrong with her!

Most realtors have no sense how this game works or they are just looking for a quick deal to wholesale and don’t really care about people their family or situations and have no integrity , Melissa and Paula have been the best !! Melissa Lopes has been my primary realtor for the past 6 months as we have made offers on 2 separate properties. I am looking at closing on my house this week sometime and Melissa has been so informative and patient and helpful through the entire process. Her mom Paula subbed in on occasion as a team and was just awesome. They both know the market very well and they both have a feel for appraisal amounts on the local homes. I think you should definitely look them up and let them be your realtors. They are both there looking out for your best interest.
