Caldwell Banker was my realtor to recently sell a commercial property in Hatboro. Paula Seaner, my realtor, was very professional, and kept me aware of everything that was going on. She also worked with the buyer who did not have a realtor and kept moving us forward to a very peaceful and easy settlement. I highly recommend her and Coldwell Banker.

Paula went above and beyond for my family and I. As a first time buyer, she helped guide me through the entire process and was always there to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable asking her anything or opinion and she would always respond in a timely manner. I had some unfortunate hiccups out of her control with my settlement. However, Paula was there to represent me and help me even weeks after settlement. It means so much how responsive she was and there for me we resolved these issues. Alright I am all moved in and settled, I know she would still be there if I had any questions or concerns with my home. I would 100% recommend her to represent my family or friends in need of a realtor.

Me and my friends were looking for a house to rent for a little over a month with no luck. We were referred to Paula and without ever having met before, she was an amazing advocate for us from day 1: constantly updating us with new listings on the market, getting us set up with tours, working with us throughout the application process to following up even after we had moved into our place. Paula was very knowledgeable about the area that we were looking to buy in. She made the process of purchasing our 1st home an enjoyable one, with no added stress. During closing she was able to navigate us through the process, and explain what we should expect the whole way. It was certainly a good thing that she also followed through on any commitments that she made.

I will be using her again for future home purchases!
