Paula Shepherd is the best realtor. She had lots of life things going on during this time but still always made time for my mom and I. She helped us purchase a duplex then helped to smooth the transition with the current tenants by resolving many issues. Some of the issues were before closing but many were after closing. She went above and beyond to help us with all the kinks and hiccups with purchasing a new house and selling the old house. Paula even recruited her husband and son to help with our move. I can't thank Paula enough for all her hard work. I recommend her to anyone purchasing and or selling a home.
