She is a Broker Sales Associate specializing in Commercial/Residential Sales & Development with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group. She has been a licensed Real Estate agent for over 25 years. She says, “Real estate is in my soul!”
She earned her Real Estate Degree from Cisco College in Cisco, TX at the age of 21 and never looked back. She spent most of her career in Fargo, ND and helped to create over 4000 units of successful multi-family housing units in North Dakota and Minnesota. She also had the opportunity to facilitate the successful sales of over 600 multi-family units.
She owned and operated Prairie Property Management, Inc. from 1996 to 2016. She built it from 120 units to at the high point managing over 4000 units and had 23 employees.
Her specialty is property development, new construction consultation, and marketing. She has extensive experience with floor plans, units mix, site layout, and market research and can also assist with interior/exterior design and materials. With her property management experience, she can also assist in rents rolls and budgets.
In 2016, she sold her property management company and followed her dream of living in Florida! She’s currently living in Cape Coral, Florida with her husband and she is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
