Real Estate professional qualified to perform various tasks within the Real Estate industry. Along with over 10 years of real estate experience, over 100 real estate transactions, my duties of performance include:

- Manage all activities relating to properties including coordinating contracts, negotiating sales prices and closing.
- Market residential properties to prospective clients.
- Access over 50,000 homes in the Multiple Listing Service database to assist in the housing research.
- Interact with mortgage and title companies regarding home loans and title work.
- Pre purchase home buying education classes.

I dedicate all time and effort to apply my skills and knowledge to perform any and all real estate transactions as needed. I obtained bachelor’s degree in Corporate Management at Chancellor University, my completion date May of 2011. I volunteered at The City Club of Cleveland for their youth leadership program.
