Pauline Lam has been working as a REALTOR® with KoTai Realty, San Gabriel since 2002. She has received an Outstanding Agent Award annually. Pauline earned the CRS, CIPS, GRI, Green, AHWD designated by NAR.

For the volunteer, Pauline is serving as 2021-24 Board of Directors, 2024 Vice President of the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors®, CA: - Chair of the 2024 MLS Committee Chair. Member of Legislative Committee , Global Business Council, the By-Law Committee and Professional Standard Committee. She has been an active member of the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS®, CA since 2002.

For CA State leadership, Pauline Lam is serving as the 2021-2024 CAR State Director. She serves as 2024 Education Chair” and “Regional Network Director”, San Gabriel Valley area of California Residential Real Estate Council (CA RRC CRS). Locally, she also serves 2024 2nd Vice President, of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors - Foundation. also,
AREAA Tri-County Chapter, 2024 Director. And the 2019 past President of the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA).

She has received an honorary award - “2021 CA CRS of the Year” awarded by the CA Residential Real Estate Council (CA RRC CRS)
