About Payman
Payman and Jan Emamian have over 34 years of combined real estate experience. Payman began his career at the age of 20 as a real estate lender at Great Western Bank while he continued his education at Cal State Northridge. After some time at American Savings Bank, he ventured out on his own and co-founded Cornerstone Mortgage. In 1995, he ventured into sales with his Cornerstone partner but chose to relocate his business to Pasadena in 2004, enabling him to spend more time with his family.
Jan Emamian started working for Guardian Title after her graduation from the University of Kansas in 1988. In 1996, she decided to take a leave from real estate in order to raise their children, but returned to work in 2006.
Today, Payman and Jan form the Emamian Group within John Aaroe. Their experience in multiple aspects of the real estate field allows them to better aid clients, walking them through every step of the process. Whatever your goals, the Emamian Group can make your dreams a reality.
