Pedro became a landlord well before becoming a real estate agent. He doesn't just talk the game; he plays the game! Owning property, real-life experience in property management and understanding tenant-landlord relationships is what helps him provide sound advice and ideas to some of his clientele who are also investors. Over the past 10 years he has also redeveloped and sold dozens of investment properties. His experience in construction adds to the prime differentiators from other real estate agents.

For almost a decade prior to becoming a licensed agent, he worked in banking and financial services gaining an in-depth knowledge in finance and the solid base in what has now become his life passion - real estate! His multifaceted sales experience has made this Chicago native stand apart from other realtors, considering himself more as an advisor to his clients. Each with their own set of goals, wants and needs. He loves to think outside the box and create strategies for both buyers and sellers. When it comes to investments, the numbers are what drives him to evaluate the asset and provide honest, constructive feedback, both on the asset and market trends for the short and long term.

Born on Chicago's Northwest Side, he grew up in the Old Irving neighborhood and has since moved over a dozen times in and around Chicago. He’s found excitement in experiencing different Chicago neighborhoods, while learning to appreciate the cultures, architectural beauty on each street, and heart of the people.
