In 2017, my husband and I decided we wanted to sell our condo in San Diego and move to Menifee, CA. That is when we first started working with Pedro (Peter). Not only did we sell our condo over the holidays when it’s normally so slow, but we also were able to rent back our condo until we were able to move. We didn’t even know that was possible but he is so experienced and knowledgeable, he had suggestions throughout the whole process that helped every step of the way. Since then, we have upgraded houses 2 times and worked with him each time.

What I appreciate most about Pedro is, he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable! He is professional yet personable. He can be cool, calm and collected as well as assertive and strong. He will fight for your dreams even when it’s extremely tough and everything is against you. He has integrity and heart— ALL valuable characteristics to me as buying and selling a home is the most expensive, emotional and stressful purchases in our lives yet equally important.

I cannot recommend Pedro Chevez enough, and my family and I plan on buying and selling with him again (just as soon as we find the right house).
