Peggie is such an amazing realtor and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I am a first time home buyer and Peggie was available through text/email any time of the day. I told her my budget and what kind of home I was looking for and Peggie sent me listings adhering to those guidelines. I currently live in Florida and bought a home in Georgia for my new job, but I was busy with school to visit houses. Peggie FaceTimed me a tour of the house or video recorded the tour if I was unavailable to FaceTime. She really had my best interest in mind and worked tirelessly to tour homes I was interested in. Since I was a first time buyer and unfamiliar with Georgia, Peggie looked for homes and neighborhoods that she would be comfortable living in and I really appreciated that about her. She recommended an amazing mortgage lender and worked cooperatively with him to close on my house! Thank you Peggie for such a wonderful home buying experience! I will definitely recommend her to anybody that is looking to buy a home in Georgia!

When it was sold the buyers said that the way Peggy explained and described all the extra features about my old house, they knew it was what they wanted and had to see it.
