Peggy is beyond great. We feel very lucky and blessed to have her help with our home hunting in Denver area. Beside her unbeatable professional knowledge and experience, patience and consideration, care and kindness, she also supported us greatly in all ways under this high stress market where we have to compete with multiple buyers for the same house within 48hrs after listing. She also referred to us a wonderful mortgage broker to work with throughout the house hunting, as well as countless other references to prepare our house before move in. We can't do this without her, and will be forever grateful for everything she has done for us. If you get a chance to work with Peggy, don't let it go!

Peggy is amazing to work with! Her local knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills cannot be beat. On top of it all, she is such a sweetheart! We had quite the laundry list of needs and we saw various properties before choosing the perfect one, but Peggy listened to our desires and continuously stuck by us for five months, all during a global pandemic. Any questions we had throughout the process were promptly answered. I highly recommend Peggy as I know she will do all to sell or buy your next home!
