I had a great opportunity of having Penine as my realtor, she is experienced and was always available to explaining everything in details; from home searching to establishing communication with a lender (for a pre-approval) and to putting in a contract offer with the seller. Penine was very candid when answering my questions, her knowledge and patience helped me navigate through the stressful process of finding a house. At the time of purchase, it was a seller’s market however Penine was able to find me a great deal and I was able to close in on a beautiful home that I wanted. I am glad I have worked with Penine as my realtor because she had my best interests at heart during every step of the way through my first home buying experience and I highly recommend her! She is very proactive the moment you get in touch with her, she will make the whole process smooth by establishing direct communication over phone and always responsive to text, emails and will work with your schedule to give you tours of houses you are interested in.

After battling with finding a home of my dream for an extended period of time with several unapproved offers that were exceedingly more than the criteria presented by seller, I was introduced to Penine by my uncle who never relent her effort from the first time that i met her till date.
