Penny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the prestigious Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Penny has been a member of corporate and public governing boards. Her role as the Committee Chair of the Conservation Commission in Ashby, Massachusetts was to approve each building lot located within the town. Penny’s passion for real estate began when she was a stay-at-home mom who recently moved into a new community in Phoenix. The builder declared bankruptcy and soon abandoned the community. Penny successfully negotiated with investors and Shea Homes to complete the neighborhood and follow design guidelines approved by the homeowners.
Penny has served on Keller Williams Realty East Valley’s Agent Leadership Council which is comprised of the offices’ top producing agents. She also served on the Greater Phoenix Area Agent Leadership Council. Penny is continuously acknowledged for her dedication to Keller Williams Realty East Valley. Penny was awarded the Keller Williams Ethics & Values Award, & nominated for the Cultural Icon Award.
Penny currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Kelly, three horses, and five dogs. She is dedicated to her volunteer work with her church. She has served in many roles with the children’s, youth, and women’s organizations. Her most precious role is that of Grandmother to her five grandchildren.
