Penny Howard

Penny Howard has been involved in a variety of personal Real Estate transactions since 1989: Buying and selling residential, rural, income properties, and vacant land. She loves the energy, challenges and continuous change that the Real Estate industry provides.
Penny Howard acquired her Realtor® license in 2009 and then Broker Associate license in 2017. She has since expanded her education to become Probate Certified so can assist those who need to liquidate Real Property through the Probate process. Penny started a Property Management business, Howard Real Estate Services, in 2018 and then moved her Broker License to Howard Real Estate Services so now offers Real Estate Sales & Property Management.
