Penny Ngo

Penny Ngo is a graduate of the University of Houston, where she received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis on Accounting and Minored in International Studies. Beginning her career as a results-focused Seismic Data processor, she was able to acquire 16 years of experience processing 3D and 2D land surveys using Paradigm Focus Software. Her expertise included all phases of processing from front-end reformatting and geometry through signal processing, velocity analysis, residual statics, migration, and deliverables. With a strong attribute as a self-motivator, she enhanced her skills in processing and managing numerous surveys with unique processing objectives. Her leadership and management skills enabled her to thoroughly communicate testing results with her professional peers. Currently, a licensed real estate agent, Penny has diligently assisted her clients in real estate transactions, leasing transactions, corporate relocations or placements, investment advice, foreclosure acquisition, short sales, and property management. Working mainly on referrals, her specialty as a detailed-oriented problems solver and savvy negotiation skills allows her to apply her real estate knowledge to focus more time and resources on each individual client's needs.
