Penny Radulovich

Since 1988, I have been assisting families in the Greater Denver Area. I do have an advantage over the average Realtor in that I am a Colorado native and a former Special Education Teacher that has taught in many of the local school districts. I have a vast knowledge of the entire area, not just one specific subdivision. I graduated from college with degrees in both Special Education and Psychology. With a love of education, I have continued to better myself as a Realtor.
I specialize in working with the relocation buyer and seller. Relocating to a new area is one of the greatest causes of stress & anxiety. My expertise and knowledge of the area and schools will help to reassure the relocation buyer. Being a mother and former teacher, I put a great deal of emphasis on the children. It is important to me that they experience as little stress as possible and I love to get them involved with the home buying and/or selling process.
