Penny Tarwacki

Penny was transplanted to Michigan in 1981 and decided to get her real estate license in the spring of 1988. At the time, she had four children in the household and a strong interest in the real estate industry. Not long after, it became an obsession of hers. Penny loves to see the look on the face of the buyers and sellers at the closing table. The excitement during the hunt for the right home is a fun challenge that she cannot get enough of. Currently, she specializes in residential sales, luxury homes, and first time home buyers.

Penny then wondered about the other side, “what more does a Realtor do?” She joined a few committees and eventually ran for Board of Director of DRAR. Her association built two Habitat for Humanity homes, as well as donated time and money to local charities. Penny cares about where she works and lives. She is proud of what has been accomplished in the community within the organization. She then became president of DRAR and was the spokesperson.
