Pepper Greenwell

Officially, I’m Ima-Jean Greenwell-Boutin, but everyone calls me Pepper (a nickname from my CB radio days when I moved from Ohio to Florida in 1977 — breaker breaker!).

I started my real estate journey back in 1986 — before smartphones, Zillow, or GPS. Took a little detour to run a fiber optics business for a couple of decades, but I couldn’t stay away. Real estate is in my soul.

These days, I’m based in Jacksonville, helping buyers, sellers, and especially out-of-state investors who need someone local they can actually trust. I shoot videos, estimate rehabs, and keep projects moving. I’m your eyes, ears, and boots on the ground — minus the boots (it’s Florida, after all).
