I'm Peri Erickson-Brown, a residential broker with Windermere Real Estate Northwest in Seattle, WA. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the greater Puget Sound region, with deep local knowledge in Seattle's northwest neighborhoods including Ballard, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, Whittier Heights, Loyal Heights, and Crown Hill, as well as Snoqualmie Pass.
Before real estate, I spent 20 years working in business across the tech and nonprofit sectors. I made the move because I saw that people weren't getting the guidance they deserved on one of the most complex and high-stakes financial decisions of their lives. That's what drives how I work every day.
I don't operate like a typical agent. I meet clients where they are, whether that's ready to make a move or just starting to wonder if they should, and I give them a real, honest read on their situation grounded in data and day-to-day market experience. My goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable, and to earn the kind of trust that lasts well beyond a single transaction.
