Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Perrin Duvall is a second-generation REALTOR® with a deep love for her hometown and a passion for helping people make bold, confident moves in real estate. After earning a degree in Communication Studies from James Madison University, Perrin spent several impactful years on staff with Young Life. That season shaped her love for walking alongside people through meaningful life transitions—something that now shows up daily in her real estate work. She officially began her career in 2018 with Stephanie Clark Real Estate at RE/MAX Alliance, following in the successful footsteps of her mother, Donna Duvall.
