Perry and I were matched from a website I had inquired about seeing a rental and I am so happy he responded. From the beginning he was responsive and great communication. He got me in to see a few places and when we found the one we liked he was quick to get our interest known to the agency and stayed on top of them throughout the entire process; all the way through the approval. Thank you for helping, Perry. I truly do appreciate it. We went from looking for a house for a month, calling every listing that looked interesting & good and we never got responses. We miraculously found an agent. You are excellent at you job. Within moments I got a call asking about what kind of houses we are looking for, the price ranges and I soon enough had house listings being sent to my phone. We scheduled to go on a few tours. It only took a day to find the house that we wanted. After the tour we immediately hopped on what would soon be our house. A little more than a week later the lease was signed & the house is ours. I definitely appreciate your work. You made it easier for us! If there is anyone that has had the same experience I had. Calling properties with no response. Just get an agent.
