We met Loretta and Pete a few years ago at an open house. They stayed in touch just to say hello and check-in, and ended up finding us our dream home a few years later. No pressure...just seemed like they wanted us to be in the house we always wanted, at a time that was right for us. They gave us the right advice on selling our home too, which was a bittersweet process, since we lived there for 30 years. They are organized, patient, and most importantly looked out for us as their clients. Can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for helping us through this process!

Pete and Loretta worked as a great team. As first time buyers they answered all of our questions and were pretty much a text away from hopping on a phone call to talk.

They also had reliable contacts to come out to the house and provide quotes on any work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!

I wanted to take the time out to say I have never happier with the services Peter and Loretta blessed us with!! I personally had the experience of talking with Peter and that very same day he had multiple options for us to look at!! He found us a wonderful place in less than two weeks, that checked off every box we had and signed the lease that same day! If I could give them ten stars I truly would. Ryan and I can’t wait to start our home buying process next year with you guys.

For the past 3 years I have relied on Pete and Loretta to help me do the impossible--to find wonderful housing throughout South Jersey for newly arrived refugees and others who, on paper, do not look like they could possibly be 'good tenants.' No paystub, no credit history, no job, no English--they should be problematic factors. However, they are not, because of Pete and Loretta. In the past three years they have leased at least 30-40 units for us and have helped landlords understand why they'd be wise to work with our organization. They have learned to 'tell our story' perfectly, and, more often then not, they find landlords ready to work with us. And, if a landlord won't, they never give up. I am 100% satisfied with the performance of BHHS Fox & Roach and I'm sure if they can successfully help our New Americans (coming out of Afghanistan, out of Ukraine etc...) they can help you find what you need.

They always responded promptly to questions and went out of there way to help including arranging inspections and solving issues with the property. We recently worked with Pete & Loretta Aureli on a home search. Although we started in the region where they were most familiar, our search took us up-and-down the New Jersey to a variety of properties.

Pete & Loretta were exceptional in this process. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for while keeping the options within a reasonable price range. They also were willing to travel well outside of their territory (which caused them to travel more than 1.5-hours at times...) to see properties that were available. This included contacting agents in other regions to ensure we had access and an understanding of the features of those properties.

This Team is very professional, detail oriented, and comprehensive in their approach. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

I cannot say enough good things about Peter and Loretta. They went above and beyond to get us a home in this terrible market. The 1st house we fell in love with was taken off the market, after we made the offer and they accepted it. It was heartbreaking!

They kept us going through the ups and downs, and worked around our busy schedule. As the market got worse, they only became more aggressive. One day we looked at 14 properties!

Through everything they were always there pushing ahead until we found our home. I cannot say enough good things about this team and highly recommend them.

My family was so happy that we chose Pete and Loretta to help sell our property. They made the entire process go smoothly. With my family having no prior experience of selling a property, we had A LOT of questions. Pete and Loretta were always available day or night to answer our phone calls and texts. I was always impressed with how quickly they responded to my questions. They were both extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the entire process. If something was needed to be done to get the house ready to sell, they were quick to find a contractor to help to make it easier on us. An added plus was Pete and Loretta's down to earth personalities. They made my family feel at ease from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a very chaotic and painful experience of selling a property, turned out to be one that was simple and painless thanks to them. Pete was my realtor and he was great! He sent me homes immediately, kept I contact with me, and included all my preferences. He was compassionate and constantly went above and beyond. Him and his wife are awesome! This is my first home and I love it! It is within my price range and in a great area! Pete found me a home in a month! If I could give more stars I would. Before finding Pete, I was searching for a home and going through all the red tape was so frustrating. Pete and his wife took care of all that. I recommend them FOR EVERYONE.

Can’t thank Peter and Loretta enough for the 5 star service they provided. The degree of professionalism displayed along with a friendly, down to earth personality with whom you can joke with makes this team unmatched. Continual searches and updates on availability made them able to get me out of a dire situation expeditiously!! The concern for my situation was that of a friend, not a client. Due to my off hours shifts, they were very flexible with contact times which made this process so much smoother. The paperwork transfers were instantaneous and the process was not just painless but actually pleasant for the contract completion. They went out of their way for me in many aspects. For anyone who’s seriously looking for someone to find them a place or sell theirs, look no further. And remember, you’re getting a team, for the price of one. They're the best. I have been looking for a home since May ‘22. I went through 2 realtors and looking on my own, but still nothing. On Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 5:45 pm, I called BHHS one day to check the status of a home I had previously applied for. A gentleman answered the phone and began assisting me. After a brief hold he came back to the phone and notified me that the owner decided to go with another tenant. I was so upset and frustrated at this point, and I began to vent to this man. He listened and showed compassion to my situation. We exchanged phone numbers, and he told me he would be sending me some homes based on my specifications. Within the hour I was receiving multiple listings, from this man, I soon got to know as Mr. Pete along with his lovely wife, Mrs. Loretta. Yes, I did get denied for multiple homes due to the high volume of applications being received. However, Mr. Pete, and Mrs. Loretta did not stop working. I would call them late hours of the night with new homes sending them text messages and they did the same for me. With their impeccable drive, team effort, care and compassion they were hustling on finding me and my family a home. On September 22 at 4:15 PM, I received a text from Mr. Pete saying “They accepted you for 138”. I was so ecstatic, as this has been a very long journey for me. They are by far the BEST realtors I’ve ever worked with in my life. Needless to say, but I gotta say it….Mr. Pete, and Mrs. Loretta are the bomb!!! Peter and Loretta went above and beyond by meeting contractors and inspectors when we were unable. I didn’t need to worry about any single aspect of the process. Peter and Loretta were extremely friendly and professional, and knowledgeable about every step of the process. They always made themselves available by phone when I needed them even outside of business hours. They also had great connections with contractors and other professionals. Pete and Loretta were so great to work with and always made sure they were available to answer a text or a phone call. It felt good knowing that they were always looking in our best interest and always on the same page as we went through the motions of selling a house. They made the process very easy and kept us updated very often with what the next steps will be until the final closing on the house. Pete even went out of his way to help fix a few things at the house that needed updating prior to us selling the house. Highly recommend them and we were very grateful to have them as our realtors.
