Pete Doty

Pete Doty is a South Metro Denver real estate expert, with more than 36 years of experience in the Denver Metro Area. He established Pete Doty & Company, Inc. in 1988, and has helped over 1,000 homeowners and sellers make their real estate dreams come true. Pete is a Certified Residential Specialist®, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and has a Graduate Realtor® Institute designation. He was on the Board of Directors for the South Denver Metro Realtor® Association for six years. He has been a recipient of South Denver Metro Realtor’s Distinguished Service Award as well as the Distinguished Service Award for Douglas County Neighborhood Watch. Pete was previously in the oil industry as a Landman and has extensive experience in land management, ownership, titles, and operations. He is a proud husband, father, grandfather, and is a devoted Christian.
