He will give you his professional opinion on whether or not you should purchase the home or look for something else. You can call him anytime and he will respond back in a timely manner. If you truly love a home he will try to provide the best offer over all the others. He communicates with the sellers agents constantly and really fights for you. I’ve worked with quite a few realtors thus far, but Peter is simply the best Atlanta!!! He truly cares for his clients and isn’t all about making a sale/commission. He works for you and with you, with your best interest at heart. Peter and I worked hand in hand for over 6-8 months. Other realtors would have given up, moved on, or pressured me to get something I don’t really like just to make a sale. Peter did not, and for that, I’ll always be grateful!
