I highly recommend working with Peter. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate the mucky waters of buying a house and was there with us every step of the way! He took the time to find out answers from sellers when we had questions and it helped us get a great deal on a house we love!

to keep this very short, as i have a tendency to go on too long, peter was tasked with some odd (on my end as the seller) or difficult (on the buyer's end) concessions and requests in the process of selling this house. even though he was on vacation and i was on the road for work, he managed to get them addressed to ensure a smooth and happy transfer of the house from one caring owner to another. to cap it off, he even surprised me with a commissioned piece of artwork as a response to a request i put in to the new homeowners that i had no expectation that they would honour (it was a bit of an odd request - different from the aforementioned above - and they followed through roughly 3 months later). i admit, because he caught me so flat-footed with his very considerate gift, i teared up a bit.
these are just the things that set peter apart in my case. he was just as professional and courteous as i would expect a realtor to be, even though he was often a bit rushed, such is the market that was exploding at the time and was not any personal deficit on his part.
