Peter Cossio

Peter joined Brown Harris Stevens (then Halstead New Jersey) in 2009. He has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 19 years and has been selling real estate in Hoboken for the last 20 years. Peter leads the Hudson Realty Group team which also includes Kim Sullivan-Beier, Westley Page, Richard Woodhull and Clare Cossio. They are market leaders in Hoboken and Jersey City, being named the firm’s Top NJ Team of the year in both 2020 & 2021, and every year between 2014-2018. HRG continues to earn many top awards including the Producer's Council Award for being ranked within the 1% Top Grossing Agents and the prestigious NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Platinum Level Award from 2013-2021.

Peter has been leading the real estate industry in marketing and innovation for over 20 years. Through his real estate development company HRG Development, Peter has been undertaking extensive restoration and development projects throughout Hoboken, Jersey City, and Weehawken.

Peter and his HRG team continue to achieve local market sales records for the city of Hoboken and Hudson County including sales of the highest priced Multi-Family and the highest priced Condo ever sold in Hoboken.

Peter grew up around the real estate industry. His parents owned and operated a full-service real estate company in Chicago for over 20 years. After moving to NYC, Peter worked producing television commercials for 10 years before moving to Hoboken and turning to real estate on a full-time basis.
