About Peter

Peter joined Brown Harris Stevens (then Halstead New Jersey) in 2009. He has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 19 years and has been selling real estate in Hoboken for the last 20 years. Peter leads the Hudson Realty Group team which also includes Kim Sullivan-Beier, Westley Page, Richard Woodhull and Clare Cossio. They are market leaders in Hoboken and Jersey City, being named the firm’s Top NJ Team of the year in both 2020 & 2021, and every year between 2014-2018. Peter grew up around the real estate industry. His parents owned and operated a full-service real estate company in Chicago for over 20 years. After moving to NYC, Peter worked producing television commercials for 10 years before moving to Hoboken and turning to real estate on a full-time basis.
