Peter started out as my agent but became a friend. He not only was the agent on the sale of my Co-op, which was not a smooth transaction by any stretch, but he was the agent on the purchase of my new home, again, not the most smooth transaction. The issues that came up during the sale and purchase were nothing caused by Peter or could have been seen coming by anyone. But Peter's knowledge of the area, process and his network helped make both the sale and purchase go as well as it possibly could have, given some odd circumstances and a poor market. He's smart, proactive, gives sound advice and is honest. He genuinely looked out for us. And he's quite hilarious! These are qualities that are difficult to find in my opinion. Peter worked over and above and most definitely exceeded my expectations of the type of services a real estate agent would provide. Would I recommend Peter? In a heart beat. In 2010 my Aunt and Mother hired Peter to sell/rent their two separate White Plains condos. Since the market was so poor at the time they (with Peter) decided to rent instead, and Peter found wonderful renters for both properties. In 2012 my Mother wanted to sell her condo and in a very short time frame Peter had found a buyer. Both my mother and I (daughter) are living out of state, Peter arranged all the details and made the sale so effortless for us. We still have the same tenant in my Aunt's condo, and each year Peter is kind enough to write up the new lease agreement. Needless to say, we not only have a professional relationship with Peter but a personal one as well, he is the person you want for any of your real estate needs.

Peter is the best! First and foremost, he helped me find the perfect apartment (co-op) for me, in a great area, at a great price, and I could not be happier with my property. I have been there for over 2.5 years. Being a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Peter has been in the business for years so he was with me every step of the way. He explained the home-buying process in a way that was easy for me to grasp, and ensured that I was always in the loop. Peter is an incredibly knowledgeable agent who knows the area like the back of his hand, so he is able to give you the “inside scoop” and help you make educated decisions that will be best for you. When I was looking for an apartment, I changed my criteria several times (2 bedroom to 1 bedroom, mid-rise to garden style, price point, floor level, fixer-upper vs updated) but Peter stuck with me the whole time and was so patient. Whenever I revamped my search criteria, he was there with a new list of apartments to look at. Peter has a great personality and made a normally intimidating and scary process a little less daunting, and even kind of fun. To date, I have recommended Peter to 2 of my close friends (who have both been satisfied with their experience, not to mention found their apartments) and I would do it again Amanda
