Dawn and I are very happy to write a review for Peter Heine’s. I was interested in selling my home over a year ago but was not quite ready to pull the trigger. When I finally needed to sell my home, Peter went right to work and told me what I needed to do. Peter is not a typical sales agent and does not impose any actions but rather has the best advice in the industry. He is a patient and a pleasant person to talk to and goes the extra distance to see how you are doing and keeps you well informed of the entire process.
Since we had already relocated out of state, we needed personal items taken care of and Peter didn’t even hesitate to help us and went well above and beyond what most Real Estate agents do. Peter knows his audience and can suggest and get you the best possible market price for your home. Against my own suggestions, I listened and did what exactly what he told me to do. In less than 2 weeks and 1 open house, we had 9 offers and closed in less than a month. My wife and I are still in shock and awe. Best friend you can ever have in the industry and worth his weight in gold and I would recommend no one else.
