Peter Johnston

Peter, a native Houstonian, has exceptional Real Estate and area knowledge. He is a second generation Houston Realtor who grew up with Houston real estate. Peter earned his Texas Real Estate Brokers’ License while working for international developer Gerald Hines as a manager for Galleria and inner loop office buildings, and retail centers. Following Hines, Peter relocated to Galveston as Director of Facilities for Galveston County where he was then recruited by Enron Energy Services for his expertise in buildings, management, finance, and contracts. As a Realtor, Peter uses his career knowledge in real estate management, contracts, negotiation, design, and construction management to help his clients make informed lifestyle and investment decisions on their homes or real estate.

Peter is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has earned several real estate designations and a BBA with Real Estate and Finance from Stephen F Austin State University. He is married with two children who attended Spring Branch and Galveston schools.
