Peter was terrific. He was very patient, and has an excellent knowledge of the Myrtle Beach housing market. In this aggressive market he guided us in our purchase offer to insure we didn’t over bid (something many buyers are doing) and helped us land the perfect place, completely out of the areas we had been looking. He spent valuable time getting to know us so that he could find just the right home that met all our criteria.

I came to the Myrtle Beach area with a lower budget and an agent that wasn't really helpful. Through a fluke I got connected to Peter on a call and told him what I'm looking for, what my budget was and that I wanted to buy around Murrells Inlet. There was nothing in that area in my price range, but Peter thought outside the box and told me about a 2 BR/ 2BA in Surfside Beach. The owner did not want the unit shown, but Peter was able to convince the agent to let me see it since I was returning to MD the next morning. He got me in and I fell in love with it. It came fully furnished and I signed a contract that night. Throughout the process Peter was proactive, responsive and very personable. He made the process relatively stress free and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who is moving to the area, which will include members of my family in the next few years.

If you are looking for a reliable, dependable Real Estate Agent who will go above and beyond expectations, it is Peter Makris. He did an excellent job assisting us in finding the perfect condo on the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach for us to purchase. The whole process was handled virtually since we were from out of state looking to make a real estate investment. We would search online everyday for condos for sale that met the criteria we were looking for then I would contact him. The condos were being listed and sold so quickly during Feb - Mar 2022 it was hectic, but Peter was determined to find us exactly what we were looking for. He must have visited 10 to 15 of them and captured video walk throughs for us to review before we found the perfect condo that checked all the boxes. Peter was very helpful in managing the home inspection and handling the recommended follow up repairs to completion. He was able to provide us an insurance company referral for contents as well. I would definitely recommend him as a 5 -star realtor because of our positive experience.
