Peter Malamoutsis

From the time Peter Malamoutsis was a young child, he has always had a knack for talking with people. Growing up in Toronto, he relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 1993 and has spent over two decades immersed in the local hospitality industry.
Working as both restaurant manager, bartender, and server instilled in him a great appreciation for the art of customer service, patience, hard work, and most importantly, attention to detail.
Peter has over 7 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate market with a focus on the West Coast of Florida, including the Tampa Bay, Sarasota and Orlando areas.
Peter is dedicated to providing his clients the finest service available and he always goes the extra mile to help them achieve their goals.

Peter lives in St. Petersburg with his Dachshund “Duke”. In his spare time, Peter volunteers his time as bartender for of the Krewe of Sir Francis Drake. This Tampa-based 501c3 nonprofit organization has the only ADA-compliant parade float in America.
