In the financial markets, as an investment banker (Bear Stearns, Citigroup), an investor (partner in a $2 billion AUM long-short equity fund) and as a CFO ($125 million revenue PE-backed company);
In operations, as a COO at the hedge fund, and as Founder and Division President of a subsidiary of the PE-backed company;
As well as a family office advisor, investor, transaction broker and property manager in south Florida real estate.

Have also represented both debtors and creditors in complex restructurings and workouts, ranging from $5 million to $3 billion in size.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker and strategist. Have successfully sourced truly proprietary private equity acquisition opportunities ranging from approximately $50 million to over $1 billion in size.
Operations experience includes building, leading and exiting a $50 million supply chain services business, serving as CFO and executive board member of a private equity backed business, and serving as Partner and COO of a long short equity fund as it grew from $250 million to $2 billion in AUM, overseeing administrative, compliance, investor relations, finance, accounting and legal functions.
Graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with both a Bachelor of Science in Economics (concentrations in Finance and Accounting) and a Master of Business Administration. Class rank in Top 5 of all students as an undergraduate and Top 5% in the MBA program.
