Peter Paik, CCIM

Peter Paik has been in real estate for over two decades and has experience operating his own brokerage. He specializes both in commercial and residential real estate, with experience in office, multi-family, and shopping center properties. He also has experience managing all types of properties and has added value by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.

Peter has a great reputation in the industry as well as with customers. He was previously the President of the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California with approximately 5000 members, as well as the President of CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter and Board Director of AREAA. He has eleven years of experience in managing 26 high-rise office buildings where he personally leased over 1000 commercial leases while working for the largest landlord in Los Angeles. He has various designations including the CCIM, CPM, GRI, and holds a general contractor's license.
