About Peter

Pete first became involved in real estate in 2005 as an investor buying, selling, and managing multifamily properties. When the opportunity arose to join one of his best friends at a new startup boutique real estate brokerage firm, he jumped at the opportunity.

Pete's previous experience combined with his tenacity and driven personality quickly earned him a spot as a top-producer in his office. In 2016, Space Marketing Shop opened an office in Park Slope and their business quickly thrived, becoming one of the top-selling boutique firms in Brownstone Brooklyn. As an integral part of the SMS team, Pete helped grow the Park Slope branch to in excess of $250MM in just over two years. Larger firms took notice and in 2018 Douglas Elliman, the nation’s 3rd largest brokerage firm, acquired Space Marketing Shop.

In addition to excelling in sales, his undying patience and attention to detail have won him lifelong clients (many of whom are now friends) and the great respect of his peers.
His no-pressure style combined with his passion for real estate and all things Brooklyn allow Pete to successfully navigate any transaction. Pete currently lives in the South Slope/Windsor Terrace area with his wife and daughter. When not at work, he enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time in Prospect Park, and traveling with his family.
