Peter Racheotes

Mr. Racheotes, a native of Boston, is a licensed real estate Broker in MA and Principal of Rock Hill Residential Group. Since 2004, he has specialized in residential sales, leasing and property management in the Greater Boston and Metro West areas. His experience includes a wide variety of clients including first time home buyers & sellers, seasoned real estate investors, developers, tenants and landlords. Prior to his real estate career, Peter worked for over 7 years for an Engineering/Design firm specializing in the engineering design, fabrication and installation of industrial steel smoke stacks throughout North America. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.
