Peter Raider!! An Amazing guy & a man with great integrity!

The process of buying a new home is full of anxiety, questions, and concerns. It was the first time my wife and I were buying a home while already owning a home, so coordinating the timeline was critical. I really appreciated his help so I tried to organize what I valued most.

1) Openness and Empathy:
What I appreciated most from Peter was how comfortable he made me feel to any questions. I thought my questions were pretty damn stupid but he made me realize that A) they were not and B) any concern I had, he would address.

2) Region Expertise:
A lot of my anxiety came from thinking. - Is this the right place? Is there a better home out there? What am I missing? Peter was great at putting my mind at ease. He is a pro who knows the market and was quick to provide comps.
He also kept us looped into any options so we felt confident our decision was a 100% No-brainer.

3) Communication:
When buying a home, one needs answers yesterday and then more answers tomorrow. From the smallest request to ask the seller where the button is on the dryer to negotiating the selling price, Peter was awesome. Text messages, calls, and e-mails - we always knew where we stood and what the the next steps were.

When we first called Peter, he said his goal was to put a smile on our faces. That is exactly what happened when we closed on our dream home. We are very Grateful!

Peter Raider is absolutely amazing. He took on the sale of my brother’s house in Greenwich, CT. He had 20+ showings scheduled in 3 days, negotiated an excellent offer and the sale was signed, sealed and delivered in 3 weeks. I can’t say enough about how amazing and attentive Peter is. He goes way above and beyond. He coordinated everything and got it all done in lightning speed. He is truly amazing! I would recommend Peter 1000%, in a heartbeat. He really is the BEST! We have to say that coming from a few hard couple of past years I told my husband I really didn’t want to go through the process of selling to buy and the nightmare of moving with 3 children. However I do believe that God put pieces and people in place to help you! Peter and team were phenomenal from selling to buying to moving! He told us “you don’t worry about anything because I will do the worrying for you” and that he did! He also said “I will know which one is THE house before you do” and he did! Peter Raider and his team are the very best at what they do. We had a very unique situation on a reverse mortgage that my late uncle had taken out on his home and was negatively impacting my aunt's living and financial situation. Getting out of it was a legal nightmare. We hired Peter to replace the first broker and immediately upon his involvement the process moved smoothly and quickly. Peter was able to bring in serious buyers and got us an offer that satisfied the bank's myriad of requests. Communicating with him was very easy as he kept us up to date proactively and understood the balance of only reaching out to us with information that mattered. I wish we had found Peter from the beginning. We are thankful for his professionalism, attention to detail and ability to get things done. My realtor Matthew Raider was the greatest. He was always available for me, he was totally professional and taught me a great deal about buying a co-op. He was always in a good mood and although the entire journey to my own co-op took over a year he never gave up on me. He is the best, never tried to push me to move faster or take a co-op I wasn’t sure about. I would recommend him to anyone and I know they would be satisfied.

I recently had the good fortune of working with Peter Raider as both a buyer and a seller. As buyers, my husband and I were guided by his impressive expertise as far as making an offer on a house, negotiating a contract, obtaining a mortgage and closing with relative ease. As sellers he helped us set the asking price, made suggestions on what we needed to do makes some necessary updates to our house including giving us the best painter/carpentry crew we could ask for. He also created an excellent listing, provided a wonderful photographer, handled the showing and open house and found us the perfect buyers. He even recommended the perfect moving company.
